Bubblitaire プライバシーポリシー

RebuildApp（以下、「当方」といいます）は、当方が提供するスマートフォン向けアプリケーション「Bubblitaire」（以下、「本アプリ」といいます）におけるユーザー情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下、「本ポリシー」といいます）を定めます。

1. ユーザー情報の収集について

本アプリは、ユーザーの個人情報や利用状況等のデータを外部サーバーへ送信・収集することは一切ありません。また、第三者による広告配信やアクセス解析モジュール（SDK）等も使用しておりません。

2. 端末内データの取り扱い

本アプリ内で記録されるゲームの進行状況、スコア、各種設定などのデータは、すべてユーザーの端末内（ローカル環境）にのみ保存されます。これらのデータが当方を含む第三者のサーバーへ送信されることはありません。

3. お問い合わせ時の情報収集

ユーザーがサポート等のため当方にメール等でお問い合わせをいただく際、メールアドレスや氏名（ハンドルネーム）、お問い合わせ内容を取得する場合があります。これらの情報は、お問い合わせへの回答およびサポート対応の目的にのみ使用し、法令に基づく場合を除き、第三者へ開示・提供することはありません。

4. 児童のプライバシー

本アプリは13歳未満のお子様を含むすべてのユーザーから、故意に個人情報を収集することはありません。

5. プライバシーポリシーの変更

当方は、法令の改正やアプリの仕様変更に伴い、本ポリシーを変更することがあります。変更後のプライバシーポリシーは、本アプリ内または所定のWebサイト上に掲載した時点から効力を生じるものとします。
